Non ci sono gruppi "ballad Rock"...ci sono gruppi rock che fanno delle ballad...
Ti posso consigliare alcuni pezzi, così...random:

- Guns'n roses: Iris (la sanno pure le pietre)
- Joe Satriani : Starry Night (strumentale)
- Nightwish: Away
- Epica : Feint, Tides of Time
- Pink Floyd: I wish you were here, Comfortably numb
Questi sono giusto negli esempi...poi puoi bazzicare nel rock classico, tra i Poison, Van Halen...
Inoltre potresti bazzicare anche il pop rock moderno...tipo Lifehouse, Nickelback, Bo Bice ecc...
