..lo sto provando...secondo me, potete buttare qualsiasi altra cosa avete per amp simulation (a parte il mega progetto di Quinto, ovviamente..)

Suonano davvero così bene??? Vale la pena scaricarli e provarli????

si, vale la pena... Ken ha impostato la possibilità di cambiare testata, farne un "mostro" alla frankenstein, con controlli presi da diverse testate, posizionare il mic a distanza con diversi tipi di casse spostando il mic con il mouse e su diversi tipi di room.... oltre al reverbero, delay, noise gate, filtro anche per autowha, impostazione di livello di ingresso, filtro anti fizz, etc.

non pratico da tempo i plugin commerciali e non posso fare paragoni aggiornati con loro, ma lo sforzo e i risultati sono rispettabili rispetto a quanto aveva fatto lui stesso con plugin emulativi precedenti

i suoni clean, che cercavo, sono ottimi, specie con la regolazione del mic/cassa/room

m'era sfuggito sto thread, in 5 minuti, con i simulanalog e questa, ho creato sound rockegianti e blues stupendi!, miiiiinchia la roba free, altro ke 400 euro x amplitube 3

Io l'ho provato...mah...sinceramente mentre suono mi da una sensazione di "finto" assurda...molto più di pod e affini...la pseudo simulazione di AC30 poi è orripilante.

Però per alcune cose non è malaccio...suoni super saturi riescono abbastanza...ma non è "suonabilissimo".

Anche a me da sensazione di finto. Preferiso le simulazioni
LePoulin. Il nuovo LeXTAC suona davvero bene con
dei buoni impulsi.

up-po il thread perchè è in uscita la versione beta 1.5 e ken intende darla in pasto ai tester che si candidano iscrivendosi al suo forum ...

Hi Guys, been a while since I messaged everyone, I try my best not to clutter up your in boxes with needless propaganda..haha

Anyways, I just wanted to give you all an update on our progress.

We were just about to release and as always I put our stuff up against everyone else's. Although I felt ours was good at higher gain sounds, in some cases I thought it was better than a lot of the other competitors. But, we were failing drastically on the cleans, and crunch tones. This was because we did not have access to the higher frequencies in a way that made them useful. Unless you had a distorted, high gain sound, Shred 1.5x sounded like we had a wet towel over the speaker. This was especially prevalent in the cleans.

So, we did a little research into different tonestack configurations and filter types and eureka! We now have access to the upper frequencies. This change made Shred completely come to life in the Crunch and Clean areas, which is two areas we have always struggled with. Unfortunately that was a month of research and a month of rebuilding, but I am pleased to say that we now have all the heads on their first build and are out at the beta testers. These will be ran through and adjusted at least 10 times, but on the bright side, we have a million times better tonestack and as a result of this shift, the product is now a lot better.

Just wanted to give you all an update...and I'll let you all know when the public beta is ready...

Other news..
Upon the release of Shred 1.5x, we have decided to offer a pre-purchase for Shred 2. This will allow the pre-purchaser to be part of the development of Shred 2 and every beta release will be made available to the pre-purchaser. In essence the pre-purchaser will be part of the development team. We of course cannot guarantee that all requests made from the pre-purchasers will make it into the development of Shred 2. The only thing I can say in that regard is, we have a strong history of listening to our users and interacting with them. Where at all possible we'll add your requests, but we cannot guarantee them...I think that is to be expected in this type of situation.

The other thing this will do, is allow you to know the product inside and out before its even released, and it will also allow you to include your own presets and custom heads in it.
